It can be so easy to put off self care. Place it at the back of the to do list. “I’ll get to that later.”

I get it. Life is busy. There's so much to do and there never seems to be enough time to use the bathroom, much less spend time appreciating ourselves and bodies.

Yoga and meditation can be used to train ourselves to rest. Practicing rest and self care helps us sleep better. Better sleep leads to having more energy. Feeling energized guides us to make better choices. When we take control like this, we start to live the life we desire.

Heather Breedlove, the author of the Shine Your BRIGHT journal, shares with us her inspiring story and unique approach to journaling. Her book allows us to get present and see the world in an entirely new way.

I invite you to join us on May 19th for the Shine Your BRIGHT Yoga workshop live online from 10 am - 2 pm CST.

We create a safe and sacred space for you to show up as you are, get in touch with who you are (who you want to be) and go on this journey with us.

What's Included? What will the day look like?

  • Receive your journal and mala making kit in the mail prior to the event.

  • Receive a Sanskrit mantra and an affirmation along with description about your mantra.

  • Dance party! Shake off ANYTHING holding you back!

  • Make your own 108 bead mala necklace to start your own 40 day mantra practice in your life to create major shifts.

  • Dharma talk (to prep for yoga asana practice): Curiosity

  • An hour and a half yoga & meditation class for self discovery and love.

  • Receive a recording of your yoga & meditation class to revisit anytime you'd like.

  • Time to journal together in a safe & quiet space about your practice and anything that may have come up for you.

  • Practice group discussion - a time to share with each other about your practice and anything else you'd like to share.

  • Group journaling through the Shine Your BRIGHT journal together. Get present together and starting seeing the world in a new light.

 What to have at the event:

An open mind and heart. Yourself, as you are.

A yoga mat or rug to practice on, yoga bolster (or pillow), yoga blanket (or any heavy blanket you have) and (optional) an eye mask and warm socks for the end of practice.
